These prices are for divorce petitions submitted to the court in Amsterdam. You do not need to be resident in Amsterdam. You may both elect to be domiciled at my offices, after which the Amsterdam court will process the request without any problems, regardless of your actual place of residence.

You have the right to cancel your order. If you have not sent documents to us, if the draft plans have not been sent to you and if the divorce petition has not been submitted for these reasons, we will refund you the full amount paid. If you have paid and we have sent you the required documents (or some of the required documents), we will draft the projects/documents immediately, as promised. If the divorce has been cancelled, we will only refund the court office fees, as we will have already carried out our work.
If your income and assets are not sufficient you might have right to legal aid. If you are entitled to legal aid you will only have to pay a personal contribution along with part of the court office fees. The personal contribution amount depends on your joint income and your assets two years ago. In the case of a joint divorce application, the income of both spouses is taken into account. If you are part of the income of the first group, you can divorce from €379.50 per person. This includes a personal contribution of €340,- and €39,50 court office feed.
If the legal office (Juridisch loket) has sent you to our firm, you are entitled to a discount on the personal contribution of €53, the total will be further reduced for you. Instead of €379.50 per person it would come to €326.50 per person.
BUT PAY ATTENTION. We offer you a HIGH DISCOUNT or even a DIVORCE FREE OF CHARGE. If you are eligible for legal aid and the Raad voor Rechtsbijstand sets the your contribution at € 340, -, we will offer you a discount of € 340, -. Because of the extra work we take € 795 , – as base. So after the discount the divorce doesn’t cost you € 795, – costs, but only € 425, – (On the bases of one “toevoeging” (addition) with the lowest personal contribution. With two “toevoegingen”(additions) and both with a set contribution of € 340, – a person, Mark Teurlings helps you personally more and the divorce will cost you NOTHING. The divorce for you on the bases of a u mutual request through our office will then be COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!I t is necessary to ask “Bijzondere bijstand” from the City for that. My office will explain.
When there is an addition or two additions to the separation procedure will only be initiated after the additions are granted definitively unless you have given security for the usual costs. You get these costs returned if the additions are checked and maintained.

Work will begin only after receipt of payment. The legislature amended the system legal aid in order to check after the divorce if the assistance was justified. The aid must be requested in advance, and this application is sent to the Legal aid council upon settlement of the divorce. If the aid is not cancelled, the overpayment by you is refunded immediately.
A request for legal aid will be submitted by your lawyer using a request form accompanied by a copy of your proof of identity, your personal identity number and personal details.
You can complete and amend this electronic form. If both partners are eligible for legal aid, you must complete two forms, print them and send them to our office (with a copy of your proof of identity).
If your current annual income has fallen by more than 15%, you can request a modification to the reference financial year. This form can only be used after the legal aid application has been submitted, and after the Legal aid council decision has been made. If you already know that you are eligible for legal aid and want to change the reference financial year, you should complete and send the modification to the reference financial year form.
